Orders and Deliveries

  1. Is it possible to cancel, modify or change an order after having completed the payment?

You can write to us at info@appyjewelry.com so that we can check if the order has been processed. If this has not been done, we can modify it.

If the order has already been processed, you can refer to the exchanges, returns and refunds section to follow the steps to return the items. Certain conditions apply.

  1. What are the delays?

Delivery begins the day after the launches.

Standard delivery:

The delay is 5 to 10 working days, depending on the order.

For orders with tracking:

The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Your tracking number will be activated when the carrier has picked up your package at our warehouse.

*Please note that delivery times may be longer given the high volume of orders to be shipped.

  1. If my package seems misplaced. What should I do?

You can write to us at info@appyjewelry.com

  1. Defective products or order error.

If you have received a defective product or there is an error in your order, you must write to us at info@appyjewelry.com mentioning the following elements:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A short summary of the situation
  • A photo

*Very important to complete these steps within 10 days of receiving your package.*

*Wait to receive our instructions before returning anything.

Exchanges/Returns/Refunds

  1. Make an exchange.

Before any exchange or return, you must meet all the criteria below:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days from day of receipt.
  • Items are in their original condition.

Thereafter, you must contact us via email at info@appyjewelry.ca with the title: Exchange or Return as well as your order number.

In the email, mention:

  • your name
  • the jewel you wish to exchange/return.
  • your order number

After receiving approval from customer service, send your item by mail by writing your name and the desired item inside your package.

The package must be sent to us at your expense with the carrier of your choice to the following address:

If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.

 

  1. Get a refund.

If the return meets the criteria listed below, Appy agrees to refund the amount of the order as well as the taxes related to the order, less the initial shipping costs, in the form of a credit .

Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

  • Item must be returned within 30 days from day of receipt.
  • Returns/exchanges are accepted if the items are in their original condition.

If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

  1. Do you pay shipping costs?

All delivery charges, including those for returns or exchanges, are at your expense and are non-refundable.
